The flow of Business Cards Request was implemented in December of 2003 in SantanderTotta and it was the first project in the bank using iFlow.
The objective of this project was to develop an internal process for the request of business cards by the employees of the bank, allowing the flow of information between all, as well as the automatic generation of tags (for the cards’ boxes) to send the packages from the warehouse to the applicant.
